Your dog’s wellbeing thrives on routine and consistency, which is why we assign a dedicated Pet Care Specialist and a scheduled collection window for every booking. Group walks are limited to a maximum of three dogs to ensure safety and personal attention. Private walks are available subject to availability and are not offered during peak hours between 12pm and 3pm.

Requirements

Health

All dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses, parasites, fleas and ticks. Dogs showing signs of illness may not be accepted for services. If any health concerns arise while your dog is in our care, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, request prompt collection. Dogs are welcome to return once fully recovered.

Vaccinations

For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require up-to-date vaccinations in line with UK veterinary guidance. Proof of current vaccinations (including core vaccines such as Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Leptospirosis) must be provided prior to your first booking. We may also request proof of kennel cough vaccination for group services.
